I believe in the importance of hard work, which is why I worked my way through college. While attending classes full-time, I was concurrently a supervisor of a changeover team (University of South Carolina, Aiken) and managed facilities for athletic events. I am a natural people person and was drawn to recruiting (MGA HealthCare, Medical Staffing Network), so for the past four years, I have honed my skills in recruiting and placed people in careers that they’re passionate about.
As one of eleven adopted children (from around the world), I have learned the importance of communication with people from different cultural backgrounds. Collaboration with my siblings from Haiti was much different than my conversations with my sister from India. Through my life experience, I have learned how important it is to learn about and empathize with others in order to communicate more effectively. Family is very important to me, and I go home to visit my family in Georgia at least twice a year (the delicious food is also a big plus!). I am a sports enthusiast, which drives my natural competitive spirit and is what leads me to be successful in the recruiting industry.
