IT Ascent, Inc. to Relocate Corporate Headquarters in March 2008

San Francisco, CA, February 2008 - IT Ascent, Inc., announced today that it will be moving its Bay Area corporate headquarters from its current location in San Francisco, California to Walnut Creek, California.  “The move to Walnut Creek, California is an excellent value proposition, provides appropriate economics for the company’s occupancy costs and allows IT Ascent to draw from a broader geographic area for its employees stated Joseph Nordlinger, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nordlinger further stated "the Company’s success and projected growth warranted finding a location that facilitates continued reinvestment into the business as well as access to additional space for future expansion.”
