Healthcare Company Brings in ITA to Partner with Onsite Recruiting to Assist in Technical Staffing Needs

Los Angeles, CA – A Southern California healthcare company’s onsite recruiting has formed a partnership with consulting and professional services firm IT Ascent (ITA) to assist in technical staffing needs for the company’s Cypress location. Within two weeks, the partnership was shown to be a successful one – ITA was able to help obtain talents to interview and hire for difficult positions.

“Our initial challenges were in the informatics and EDI departments,” says ITA Account Manager MacEwen Patterson. Both groups had spent up to four months seeking individuals with difficult-to-find skill sets. “The toughest positions were opened to us in Mid-October and were closed down by month’s end,” says Patterson. “We’re excited about the velocity in place on this project now.” Within weeks, ITA helped to locate many of the twelve resources the departments were looking for.
