Our powerhouse team of recruiting professionals is committed to teaching you the “blocking and tackling” of the recruiting business. You'll serve as the front line of contact for sourcing, calling candidates, job postings, reference checks, facilitate online assessments and background checks, data entry into our Applicant Tracking System and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates — all with your thinking cap on.

Senior Recruiter

Account Executive

Location

We are looking for Sales Talent!  Many of our clients are the leaders in their industry; Financial Services, Healthcare, Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical and our Account Executives are the key to our continued growth.

  • The Account Executive is responsible for further development of our existing Fortune 1000 client base and prospecting and selling to new target clients.
  • Account Executives are responsible for identifying potential target clients, calling and scheduling meetings and developing relationships to grow their account base.
  • Heavy emphasis on selling IT and/or Clinical staffing and consulting services and direct placement with selected clients.
  • Account Executives are expected to partner with the recruiting team to drive results and manage client relationships.
  • The Account Executive is held accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the business center.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in business to business sales ideally selling to Fortune 1000 clients IT and/or Clinical staffing, recruiting services or software.
  • Selected individual will be competent in all aspects of the sales process; prospecting, cold/warm calling, scheduling meetings, client presentations, gathering requirements and managing results.
  • Expert level skills in building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced group.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Base Salary + aggressive commission plan

Service Delivery Manager

Location

Walnut Creek, CA or Denver, CO

This is a non-billable member of the sales team whose primary responsibility is the care and feeding of the consulting staff. Focused on consultant retention, this position exists to ensure that consultant’s career needs, interests, and expectations are met. The incumbent must walk a fine line to balance these needs with what is best for the business.

Maintains communication with consultants

  • Conducts new employee orientations
  • Maintains regular contact with consultants (in person local, telephone-national)
  • Provides expertise regarding company policies and procedures
  • Provides performance coaching for consultants
  • Schedules technical training for consultants as needed
  • Schedules and conducts staff lunches with consultants

Maintains communication with clients

  • Provides for regular contact with consultant client managers (in person-local, telephone-national)
  • Works with clients in identifying and resolving consultant issues
  • Conducts End of Assignment Review with clients for performance feedback

Participates in consultant salary administration

  • Makes recommendations to the for salary increases

Participates in the consultant termination process

  • Completes all paperwork
  • May be required to walk a terminated consultant off the client premises

Provides assistance to recruiting

  • Networks and refers consultant candidates to recruiters
  • Assists with remarketing of consultants to new IT Ascent assignments.
  • Provides feedback to recruiters on consultant performance and satisfaction

Provides assistance to account executives

  • Assists account managers with the delivery of consultants for client interviews
  • Watches for new business development opportunities with existing clients
  • Provides feedback to account managers to further develop IT Ascent’s business relationship with client’s.
  • Makes recommendations concerning client assignment of consultants

Provides assistance to the Sales and Recruiting Directors

  • Provides feedback concerning consultants, clients, etc.
  • Provides recommendations for client assignment changes and transitions
  • Monitors the spread between salaries and bill rates to achieve optimum ratios.
  • Provides input and recommendations for employee terminations

The Service Delivery Manager reports to the Sales Director and is directed by the Sales Director and assigned Account Manager.
