National Recognition
The Ascent Services Group is proud to have received several National awards recognizing Social Responsibility and growth within the Technology Services Industry.
Inc. 500/5000
In August 2007, ASG (then IT Ascent, Inc.) was named one of the top 500 in America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies by Inc. Magazine. This 2007 Inc. 500 ranking put ITA at number 401, and was ranked among such winners as MemberHealth, Noble Investment Group and MCA Development. ITA’s position on this list is due to a 726.9% Three-year growth in revenue with revenue for 2006 totaling $37.7 million. In 2008 and 2009, ASG was ranked again in the Inc. 5000.
Past Inc. 500 magazine winners include Domino’s Pizza, Microsoft, Jamba Juice, The Sharper Image, E*Trade Financial and John Paul Mitchell Systems. Inc. 500 magazine had this to say about IT Ascent, Inc. "What it does: Recruits IT professionals for large corporations worldwide. Why it’s growing: Technical savvy. In May 2008, the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) and Inc. Magazine released their Inner City 100 list, and ASG was ranked #8 on the list of the fastest growing inner-city companies in America.
Extraordinary growth is the predominant trait of the 2008 Inner City 100, a ranking created by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) and Inc. Magazine of the 100 fastest-growing businesses in inner city communities nationwide. “We are most proud and excited about this award because of our commitment to community service in the city of San Francisco” said President & CEO, Joseph Nordlinger.
